Assessment & Development Centres for Executive and Functional Roles

          uses Hogan® personality assessments, used for assessing candidates' potential for success in roles that require high levels of interpersonal skills and leadership ability. Hogan assessments are known for their focus on identifying an individual's strengths and areas for development in the workplace. 

L3 uses all three of the Hogan solutions:

  • The Hogan Development Survey (HDS)

  • The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

 

Hogan Assessments focus on measuring reputation rather than identity. Identity refers to the story we tell ourselves about who we are, and can often be inaccurate, whereas reputation is based on how others perceive us through our actions and social skills.
